One of the main benefits of the Connected service is that we will regularly review your monthly payments in line with your average oil consumption and current oil prices in your area.
Should we find you are not using as much oil as anticipated, or the price of oil in your area has dropped significantly, we will be in touch to advise you of a reduction to your monthly payment.
Should we find you are using more oil than anticipated, or the price of oil in your area has increased significantly, we will be in touch to advise you of an increase to your monthly payments.
Any positive balance in your account at the end of your contract will be available to be refunded to you.
