BoilerJuice and our suppliers remain fully open for business during this time. Our 70 strong team are safely working from home with minimal service interruption.
We are however experiencing a very high volume of orders and customer contacts at the moment and are changing the way we handle them to help our team and suppliers cope with working from home.
Our heating oil suppliers are doing their very best to maintain service despite everything that’s going on and have taken a number of measures to keep up with demand. Whilst we are confident that almost all orders will be delivered, suppliers are under pressure and not all deliveries will be on time. We ask for your patience at this time. Please do not contact your supplier directly but liaise through our contact form process. This will allow suppliers to focus on delivering your oil.
Where there are localised issues, we will send out specific communications to affected customers.
As a result of the volume of contacts we will be restricting our phone service to cope with demand from vulnerable customers or people who cannot order online.
We will not be handling routine general enquiries by phone. If you do need to contact us to enquire about an outstanding order, please do so via the online enquiry form and we will respond as soon as possible.
We will attempt to prioritise delivery to the most vulnerable, perhaps your neighbours or friends, more specifically;
