I've installed my Connected monitor, what happens now?

Once the Connected monitor is installed on to your tank, check that the activation button on the front of the Connected monitor has been pushed. 

The lights on either side of the button will start to flash after a minute or two.  You don’t need to wait around to see this. 

Within 48 hours of installation and button activation, you will be able to view your oil level within the ‘My Tank’ section of your online account at BoilerJuice.com.  If you are using the app on a mobile device and are not receiving any updates, please delete and re-install the app on your device. 

Once your monitor is set up and the readings are coming through, please check the oil level is what you would expect to see.  If you have any concerns at all then please contact us so we can investigate this for you and get any issues resolved.
