Congratulations on your upcoming house move.
Are you moving to a new oil supplied household?
If yes, then Connected can move with you.
Please let us know as soon as possible so we do not automatically place oil orders for your current property which are not required.
When you move, your monitor can stay installed on the tank at the property you are moving out of and we will de-register it from your account
Once you have moved, please let us know your new tank details and we will send a new monitor to you ready to be installed on to your new tank.
Your Connected account will then continue as normal.
Are you moving to a non-oil supplied house?
If your new property is not supplied with heating oil then we can make arrangements for your Connected account to be cancelled.
Please let us know as soon as possible so we do not automatically place oil orders for your current property which are not required.
When you move, your monitor can stay on the tank at the property you are moving out of and we will de-register it from your account.
Depending on where you are in your contract cycle, you may need to pay the remaining subscription fees due on your account.
Any positive balance will be refunded to you on request and any negative balance must be cleared before your account can be cancelled.
