• Please ensure someone is available to sign for the delivery, otherwise there is a re-delivery charge of £25.
• Standard delivery times are between 9am - 5pm.
• Delivery will be in 1 working day if ordered before 12pm, 2 working days for orders placed after 12pm
• If the order has been despatched – there will be a cancellation charge of £120+VAT to recover distribution costs
• Orders are delivered on pallets via 18 tonne Artic lorry – please check your property access prior to ordering (additional delivery charge of £140+ VAT applies for smaller vehicles)
