We have been saving our customers money and time for more than a decade!

If you place your order with BoilerJuice and subsequently find a cheaper price, we will credit the difference to your tank account for use on future orders.

What is the information I need to send to request the Best Price Promise?

For our team to process the Best Price Promise, you will need to provide the other supplier's quote to compare to the BoilerJuice quote. The information the team will need is:

  • The identical volume of oil (500+ litres)
  • The identical type of oil - only Kerosene28 is accepted
  • The identical delivery window (standard 10 working days and express options)
  • The identical tanker size
  • The identical postcode
  • Provide visibility of any administration or service fees
  • The other suppliers quote from the same date
  • A screenshot from the supplier's website that contains the information above, with the date and time of the screenshot.
  • Any claims must be made before midnight on the day you have placed your order
  • The comparative offer must be available to purchase at the time of applying

 

 

How do I send this information to BoilerJuice?

To apply for your Best Price Promise credit, please email the details above to Pricepromise@boilerjuice.com. If your request is accepted, a customer service agent will be in touch to confirm your credit has been placed in your tank account.

 

When will my Best Price Promise request not be processed?

If your Best Price Promise request does not fit the criteria above, our team will not be able to process it. Please see the list below for some other exclusions:

  • You miss the 24-hour send time frame
  • The postcodes for your two quotes are different
  • The tanker size, volume, type of oil, or delivery window is not identical
  • The quote includes coupons, group savings, bulk buy or consortia discounts
  • There is no date on the supplier's quote
  • There is no date on the screenshot provided
  • You are not the BoilerJuice account owner/ person who has placed the order
  • Your quote is for an express delivery

 

What happens once my Best Price Promise request has been approved?

  1. A customer service agent will be in touch to confirm your request has been accepted.
  2. The difference in price will then be credited to your tank account
  3.  This amount can then be used towards a future BoilerJuice order
