The 'Spin Secure Tank Lock' is a locking device that will fit to a standard 2" male fill point inlet on a fuel tank.
Its clever design utilises Spin Secure technology in that when the cap is locked it spins freely and is almost impossible to remove.
TankLock has a one piece padlock free design and as a result there are NO torque points for forced entry using crow bars ensuring your tank contents are as safe and secure as possible.

Spin Freely Design
SpinSecure products re-define what it means to "lock" something. Normally to "lock" means to fix something in place or in one position.
The Spin Secure product use a very clever system that utilises magnets to disengage it from its mechanism allowing it to spin freely therefore eliminating the use of force or torque to remove the device.
Nut and Bolt Principle
Imagine you were trying to remove a hexagon nut that was stuck or rusted onto a threaded bolt. If you could get enough torque by using a longer spanner you would eventually remove the nut by applying brute force. If however the threads had become damaged to the point where they no longer worked then the nut would just spin and never be removed no matter how many times you turned it or how much force you used.
When you lock this lock it is exactly like removing the threads on the nut so it will always spin freely and never come off.
