1st April 2022 update on the use of Red Diesel / Gas Oil

From 1st April 2022 there will be changes made regarding who can use Red Diesel / Gas Oil in the UK. Only the following groups will be entitled to use it:

• Agriculture
• Fish farming
• Forestry
• Horticulture
• Non-commercial heating and power generation
• Rail transport
• Marine transport
• Boating and sailing
• Circuses and travelling fairs
• Sports clubs (including golf clubs)
