Emergency Delivery

Choose Emergency Delivery if you are, or soon will be, out of oil. On placing your order, it will be sent immediately to the supplier so it can be scheduled for delivery within the timescales indicated. Your expected delivery date is shown with your quote (it is also stated on your order confirmation email).

Choosing this option will mean that your order does NOT qualify for Group Savings. For Group Savings you must choose Standard Delivery.

Please note that weekends and bank holidays are not included when calculating delivery dates, and that orders must be placed before 3pm to count today in the calculation.  For example:

• If you order before 3pm on Thursday, your delivery will be on Friday.
  
• If you order after 3pm on Thursday, your delivery will be on Monday (unless Monday is a bank holiday, in which case it will be Tuesday).
• If you order before 3pm on Friday, your delivery will be on Monday (unless Monday is a bank holiday, in which case it will be Tuesday).
• If you order between 3pm on Friday and 3pm on Monday, your delivery will be on Tuesday (unless Monday is a bank holiday, in which case it will be Wednesday).
