Police in the Northern Irish village of Donaghcloney are appealing for information after thieves broke into industrial premises and stole a large quantity of heating oil.
At some point between 23:00 BST on June 17th and 02:30 BST on June 18th, burglars entered the building on Hall Road and took around £6,000 worth of diesel and home heating oil, the Lurgan Mail reports.
They also caused £1,000 worth of damage to the property.
Police want to speak to three men seen in a white Transit van at around the time of the crime and have asked members of the public to contact them with any information they think is relevant.
Many thieves may be targeting heating oil tanks at present, as summer is a time when a lot of people stock up on it ready for the winter.
Bude Neighbourhood Police Team recently advised users of the fuel to regularly check their tanks and to fit tank alarms and locks, the Cornish Guardian reported.
