Don't worry! If you simply wish to get a quote or order your oil, you no longer need to be logged in. When you place your order, simply enter a new username and password as instructed at the final confirmation stage, and if you entered the same email address you registered previously, your account will be updated with all the new details. If you enter a different email address, a new account will be created.

If you wish to login and access your account area, then we can still help. As long as you know the email address you registered your account with, we can send a new password to you by email. Just enter your email below and click the Send button.

Please note: If your reminder email does not arrive straight away, please do not re-submit this form, as your new password will no longer work. Your reminder email is sent to you immediately, but emails sometimes take a while to reach their destination. If it hasn't arrived with you after 24 hours, please contact us for help.
