Prize Draw Rules - Win 500 Litres of Heating Oil

1. This prize draw is only open to domestic customers, based in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, 18 years or over, who place an order with BoilerJuice for 500 litres of heating oil or more during November 2011, except employees of BoilerJuice Limited their associated, affiliated or subsidiary companies, and their families, agents or anyone else professionally associated with the draw.
2. One customer drawn at random will receive 500 litres of "BoilerJuice Premium Heating Oil" (CookerMax or BoilerMax).
3. The winners will be notified within 7 days of the closing date which is 30/11/2011 at 23:59.
4. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. Only one entry per person / per order. The winner(s) will be drawn at random from all orders received between 01/11/2011 and the closing date.
6. The winner(s) will be notified by email or telephone and their name and the name of the county where they live may be published. The winner(s) will be notified within seven days of the published closing date of the prize draw. The prize will be delivered to the winner's home address within 28 days of notification and delivery must be on a standard delivery service, unless the winner is notified otherwise. If the winner is unable to accept delivery of 500 litres BoilerJuice reserve the right provide a credit balance based on the "standard delivery" heating oil price in their postcode area at the closing date to be used on BoilerJuice.com within 6 months.
7. All prizes are non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
8. Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and accordingly the Promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.
9. English law applies and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts shall prevail. The Promoter is BoilerJuice Limited, PO Box 86, Fakenham, Norfolk NR21 0AH.
